Especially when DE is critting for god knows what, DK foe is automatic, broken and bugged and hitting for 700+

Council has spoken look at mage buff taps, nothing crazy, just something to help
gutted ? mages can cancel fog silence, on a 180mr + with no erase
not sure what u mean by gutted. lol
Partly done: since late October Destroy hits harder, summons no longer take EXP, and since Nov 5 wizard debuffs land more often. AoE spell damage and elemental resistance are unchanged and on the list for Mephi.
