Will the team consider reevaluating Edoryu of Ronde to keep it competitive as one of (if not the) most sought after pre-fid weapons for DE?
After doing testing and confirming with @Mephi, a +7 Edoryu of Ronde is currently getting outperformed by a +10KEdo.
The suggestion I brought up to potentially rebalance/shift Edoryu of Ronde back to the forefront as the #1 option pre-fid would be to look at it's base damage of 19/15 along with it's +hit and +dmg and readjust it upwards.
I know that it got originally buffed back in December of 2025 (discord.com/channels/1427113623687401537/1440289191832584…) but IMO, it makes little to no sense for one of the rarest DE weapons in the game to have almost the exact same stats as an easily crafted weapon like a Kaiser Edoryu (Kedo is 17/13 +8hit +5dmg while Ronde is 19/15 +8hit +5dmg +1str). @PyRowe also comments on the weapon progression for Dark Elf's stating that a Kedo is viewed as a "solid mid game option" while "Ronde is going to be your late game options before fid -- discord.com/channels/1427113623687401537/1454948310065483….
and/or
Consider changing Ronde's proc to not be mitigated by resistances since most players are now walking around with 30+ ele resist and this is only going to further grow with the introduction of new items that contain resistance such as the new Knight armor or the Elven stuff that has already been introduced which is just going to further diminish the capabilities of what is supposed to be one of the rarest and most sought after weapons for our class.
