Thebes weapon is swinging from OP to too weak to OP and now too weak again

In all the servers I've played, there was always that one class that served as the black sheep and nobody played. Before it used to be dark elves. Before that were illus. Before that were dks. If elves are to be the black sheep this time around, thats fine. K would just like to know beforehand so I dont waste anymore time and planning on it. 😭

Partly done: Earth Bind lasts longer, Erase stays up through stun-type skills, and elves got Blessed Teleport and walking Blood to Soul for fire elves. Thebes procs and other classes' damage were kept as they are.
