Debuff and buff are two different things. Debuff has failure rate while buff doesn't

Whats not helping is all the randoms chiming in with false information, and how I'm trying to constantly prove my case with facts and sources to show how things worked on official servers, yet you guys always want to argue against it. There is also a bias against both illu class and gentlemen bp as a whole, clearly you can see from Yamm and BigBoy's posts.
