GM patched earth bind and it lasts 12 seconds - good

Range becomes 4 cells - bad
This is the shortest range I have seen in 2 servers I have played. It has always been 6/8/10 cells. 4 cells are unheard of.

Casting ebind out of range will trigger cast motion and burn mp - bugged please fix
