**Issue and steps to reproduce: **Self buffed I have 22 Spell Power.
I attempted to farm Black Wizards (lvl 32) in Diad Fortress, it was very apparent that it wasn't going to go very well when my farm target and the other mobs wasn't taking any damage from Firestorm.
I assumed it was either immune to fire or had high MR. Fireball worked and Vampiric Touch was really effective for Single Target.
I chalked it up to me being weak. I reviewed the website for mob weakness, didn't see any and noticed that the farm target had a low MR of 25. I turned on damage numbers and noticed nothing was taking damage from Firestorm.
Decided to test it in a video, Blizzard, Earthquake, Firestorm and Tornado isn't working as intended.
The tile east of the northern ramp in Diad fortress and the tile from the teleport entrance both was where I noticed the damage wasn't working.
