I was trading items with my pledge mate and while we were in house I dropped 1 mana pot which then made appear fractured history items from event. I dropped dark elf sandals to him and a remove cure scroll and scimitar also appeared on ground. To further test I dropped another mana pot and eva pot on ground and it did not happen again.
My partner just dropped a quiver and it also dropped gloves.
