Character Name: Cutter
Zone: Anywhere
Level: 58
Skill or Skill ID: 40179
Issue and steps to reproduce: Whenever I use Call Lightning I just get the Cone of Cold animation and if I have dmg on it shows it as [ELEMENTAL] Cone Of Cold : ### . I'm not sure how it got in to this state.
Steps for me to reproduce are pretty simple. Go to spell -> Click on Call Lightning -> Use spell on monster -> See Cone of cold instead.
