Skill or Skill ID: Blood to Soul
Issue and steps to reproduce:

  1. Cast b2s
  2. See Sprite for skill cast
  3. turn off b2s via -b2s off
  4. Cast b2s
  5. Still does the animation, but no longer showing sprite

I don't have a clip right now, but if you need one I can jump on twitch tomorrow to do it.
