As it is now enchanting these staffs do almost nothing. Because of this prices are dropping on the market very quickly since you can farm these staffs pretty easily on this server. I propose giving these an over enchant buff making blowing these actually worth it.
Bapho staff already has this. +1% proc rate at +3 and over.

maybe thats an argument for beleth and demon to get something similar
wand of laia would be in this category too. All still good weapons. Not sure it's a big deal overall. Could do something where staff of Beleth gets some amount of +MP per over enchant, Wand of Laia gets more + MPR per over enchant. Not sure what to do with demon staff. It's kinda all in on SP and has no other stats. Maybe it could get an extra SP for every +2 over (like at 8 & 10).
Done: Staff of Demon, Staff of Beleth and Hidden Demon Staff now get +1 SP and +2 MP regen at +5 or higher. Wand of Laia was not changed.
