After using foe slayer it will go on cooldown if you try to use right after cooldown is over it will go on cooldown again without using foe slayer.
Foe Slayer bugged
was forced to add a coded cooldown as server code cannot see client code
it was 3sec, changed to 2.5sec now should be good now i hope
Ill test more in depth tmr was a bit busy today but I did notice it still

@Mephi after events over could you give it another try on fixing foe slayer it does still go on cd and not use the skill if you try to spam right after cooldown ends

Yeah I only like using auto foe when im lazy so having regular foe slayer working correctly is big for me personally thanks mephi
