Shadow Veil rune follow up (suggestions) | Bug Reports

With regular Blind Hiding, you can break the invis by attacking.

With Shadow Veil rune, you're unable to melee at all. You either have to take off the rune, recast blind hiding and then you're able to attack or you have to detect/be detected out to attack.

Is this intended behavior?

Sounds like mage invis. I couldn’t do anything to break out of it. Have to basically be detected / hit out of it. 🤪

Think this rune in it's current iteration has little to no value and there is no situation where this rune would/should take the slot of any other available rune in any situation IMO.

Some possible changes that could be considered below:

Only require the owner to have it in their inventory, not equipped for it's effect to work (this should apply to some other runes TBH, not just this one).

Consider making it so regular mobs can't see you while invisible (bosses and champions should be able to see you).

Make it so only counter detect, not regular detect break the user out.

Obviously not asking for all 3 to be implemented but just some ideas.
