Can we have an NPC who can change Elite Dragon Armor types. For example, Anth Leather to Anth Platemail. It can be for an exchange fee.

Interesting - Makes sense that you could upgrade or change the crafted armor. I like it.
Or even a salvage option at crafter that destroys the armor but pulls the hearts out of it. Allowing you to recraft another type while losing the adena + magical armor part of the craft.
This could be helpful for people wanting to switch things around
With FID exchange was there any updates if this will be a thing now?
With the new dragon armors being switched it would be nice to be able to switch to different armors (Val to faf, ect)

Done: Ivelviin's four elite armor smiths can now reforge an Elite Dragon Armor you own into their armor type, for any dragon, keeping enchant and blessing. Their dialog arrives with the next client update.
