Just a thought, it's boss drop only and hasn't had any updates like alot of other items have on this server..
Not exactly sure what makes sense, first though was +1 MR per enchant or slightly higher mpr. Maybe some MP or HP
Dreaming but a couple other ideas I had was a MP proc like low chance on hit recieved to restore 1 or 2mp
Also dreaming but 1 INT or 1 WIS

If it had stats ya. But if its just mpr/Mr I wouldn't think so. But +1mr / enchant i think would be fine and 1mpr per over enchant would seem fine aswell.
i would luv items that gain extra +MPR on extra enchants , ... silver cloak could be 1 , csom could be another 1 . future items could be also .
Mpr on over enchant is a really cool idea
Not decided yet: the Silver Cloak has not been changed. More MR or MP regen per enchant is on the list for Mephi.
