Make Awaken Valakas DK Spell 10% Stun Resist instead of 20% (OP for a basic spell)
Add a stun cap, players are able to reach 0% stun chance I believe? Or very close to it, without a level advantage. Especially a DK

Also could suggest a possible minimum stun chance. maybe 5-10% minimum.
PVP is boring when stuns cannot land, no one should ever die without being stunned. unless its a fluke
No deaths, no fun!

just as a note, /?page=siege-stats shows a good chunk of stuns land
for sure, but as time goes on people will become unstunnable

Not decided yet: Awaken Valakas is unchanged and there is no minimum stun chance. Stun resist was already made a bit weaker in late August. The rest is on the list for Mephi.
