The second portion of the island is not supposed to have the boars, strictly Lizardmen and Tigers.
The wild magic boars are supposed to heal themselves and their allys like Cern does for Ken.
Fairly certain Pandas and Kangaroos are supposed to be on the island as well.
The boars do too much physical damage.
Thanks for reporting, we did a review of the island and confirmed the intended monsters are on the island. We also confirmed the boars are in a balanced state.
Working as intended: the island monsters and boars were reviewed and match the intended setup.
