It looks like this is resolved by deleting emblem1.dat, may need to look into if we can find a fix to resolve that.
Issue with blood pledge emblems looking glitchy/multi-color box
Just adding you to this one @OnyxOryx so you'll get updates when fixed, trying to clean-up duplicate posts.

Fixed: broken or half-uploaded pledge emblems are now rejected and shown blank. If an old glitchy box still shows, delete emblem1.dat in your client folder once.
Marking this one as closed, feel free to re-open if its still an issue.
