Weapons made of Black Mithril are still being damaged by hard skin mobs

@Mad Magnus - When you have a moment can you provide some additional info? Did you test certain weapons?
Changing this one over to testing 🇹 for project team to continue testing further.
✅ - Tested this out with a Black Mithril Dagger on a few diff hard-skinned mobs and didn't see any issues with the weap getting damaged. If you see any specific weap/mob combinations, please go ahead and re-open.
Working as intended: Black Mithril weapons are not damaged by hard-skinned monsters; staff tests showed no wear. Tell us the exact weapon and monster if you see it.
