I'm am proposing a review of spells against monsters

A few bosses such as iris and MML are basically impossible to weapon break. With 43 INT I have a 2% success rate where as kv and cougar sit around the 25% mark..

Also fog of sleeping has a -% chance on alot of monsters most specifically on 81f+

Weakness, disease also really low chance on bosses like MML iris and justices

Maybe consider making a LVL based success rate instead of MR?

Partly done: since Nov 5 wizard debuffs land more often the more INT you have, and Fog of Sleeping and Freezing Blizzard land more often on monsters. A level-based formula was not added.
