Nah you can't pot with scroll use

Immune, dualcast pot between scrolls

SlimShady Discord

Its the same as what people consider double potting

Helpful
DaiShiFury Discord

Have to alternate between scroll and pot, but takes away from total dps

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

yes.. that is why dual casting is tricky here

I don't know about you guys, but I really enjoy our discussions, FYI.

We're getting technical, which is good convo

lots of agreements and putting bp politics aside and focus on classes only. I appraise shady for involving reviewing all classes together, so this can happen.

Agreed, I want pure and as balanced gameplay as possible, the one thing we have to fully consider about mage and dmg output is going to be the fact they have immune.

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

Which the discussion then becomes immune can be given to anyone, but then that puts mage back as support and not viable in dmg for pvp. Its always a huge revolving discussion haha

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

Thats why I want the damage tests against a mage. Because they have immune readily available.

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

A mage without immune on is on a suicide mission, absolutely.
We should define one test target for all dmg test though. A target with "weaker i2h (30 or 35%)" with 100 mr and somewhat normal aC

Level 49 mage last night I had my illu gear so 60 ac on mage with 107 mr

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

i think that is a good test target

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

Hes got very little con so we gotta be careful not to kill him 😂

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

From what ive noticed only knight doesn't have soft ac

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

knight has hard ac while de/elf has normal ac illu/mage has soft ac

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

Illu/mage/royal for sure has soft

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

ok then soft ac is the common one then

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

wow royal is soft too interesting

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

Yeah agreed, elf i believe has soft too, dk de and knight im unsure on

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

Well knight i know doesn't but yeah lol

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

this is what I gathered from a tw site

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

but this is for pve damage reduction on AC

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

perhaps use elf to test as that category covers the most classes

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

you can use google translate the see the info

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

@Mephi can you confirm the soft/normal/hard ac classes

Helpful
SlimShady Discord

still waiting on mephi, but also gotta find a de/knight/dk to test dmg with

Helpful
WTFnow Discord

Best to find a suitable target. Let's wait for mephis info if he's willing to share with us

Helpful
SlimShady Discord
