Yes, Blind hiding is useless now
i get detected not even when trying to jump someone but when just running around
or even when passing the L4 Lobby.

i would also suggest making the Rune of Shadow Veil better, its meh now... it should give a DE a good advantage, not like it was with dropping the aggro but yes but been undetected

Agreed - It should not be "Auto-Detect".
It should mirror an Invisible Mage.
If anything it should be a roll for the Detection of either and Coi - Ability to be silent (Dex Check) vs Ability to Detect (Wis Check).
Fail your Dex Check the Others in close proximity get a Wis Check to detect or something along those lines, old school Dice throwing AD&D style.
Not an automatic "I Hear You cause you're close !"

I love the way it is now thematically, it's very neat. I obviously love the warning as a none de... It actually makes them more scary in a way-- if much less effective. When I see that message--I have no idea which de it is. My mind often thinks the worst hahah

I think it should be changed though, the range of detection should be smaller, and MAYBE there should be no text warning only sound. I'm normally alerted by the text because my sound is off or low... But honestly that's a skill issue. I should be playing with my sound on and I shouldn't be getting my hand held that hard.

There's already way the game to counter or mitigate invisible opponents... Eye meat/blind potion.

I understand the other thematic change of being able to hit yourself out of BH is really cool and very strong-- but with the seeming revert of some of the de damage changes (burning spitit) it's less likely you'll die in 3 seconds from a strong de.

Any update on getting this back to normal? Having a sound or text telling you someone is invis is some powder puff football crap lol. Its INVIS should not be detected. Unless you want to run around with blind pot and eye meat then cool.

Since this came out Iv yet to sneak up or get even close to a kill on anyone it’s sad

Blind hiding without the message but you can get out invis was nicest.

This was updated to 1-cell instead of 3-cell for now, let us know how this works gents.

I feel that its still unnecessary thing to have. No one is going to die from this unless there is a huge level gap. Which, imo, was solved with the 10lvl restricted pvp tracker. If someone stands around long enough to get killed by this then they deserve it.

I guess a good compromise would to have rune of shadow veil remove all warnings. As long as you can swing out of it.

it helps detec anyone going in blind hiding at pretty much any narrow place
such as l4 ... l4 lobby val lair etc
the 1 cell is trouble , im getting deteced all the time

Just put it back to how it was zero warning or make it original where you can’t pop out of it

Both you can sneak up and be a DE

Making it use a rune slot would just hurt de more as they can’t run a different rune
