In GTZ market on Baenre just purchased a 400k Shield of Medusa from Karas. Adena was removed but never received the items. Purchased two other shields from another shop without problem
Purchased item not in inventory
ty checking
hmm the item id that shop had is the item id of a +5 version on you
per log anyway
Hmm I bought two from one shop then went to buy one from karas shop. The adena is certainly not there— I do see a random sealed bowgun at the bottom of my inventory?
But that was the karas shop I bought from so 🤷
i think that page is behind a 15min timer
hmm bowgun
There were three Medusa shield in GTZ so I bought them all— 2 at 500k and 1 at 400k but only ended up with 2 and a bowgun lol
have you relogged

Thanks @Mephi! Marking this one as patched for now pending next restart.
✅ - Gonna mark this one as fixed/closed since we've patched it and is a weird one to test. Make sure to reach out to us @BOSS if we haven't bought the bowgun yet. Thank you!
Fixed: private shop purchases now always deliver the exact item line you bought.
Marking this one as closed, feel free to re-open if its still an issue.
