73 lvl elf AOS 5times to 60 elf, it all failed
What's the chance of success AOS?
By lvl? Or mr? I think it should be work by lvl, not by mr. It needs to fix!

Already works that way: Area of Silence lands based on the level difference, not MR, so being higher level helps. It is capped, so a run of misses can still happen.
