Is the additional proc rate from elemental enchants supposed to be pretty significant?
I'm comparing two +9 wind axes, one with +4 elemental enchant and one with none. The one with no enchants appears to have similar or, on multiple tests, higher proc chance. I will keep comparing, but I attached some images of the comps I've already done. The item on the right in each comparison is the axe without elemental.
I noticed odd proc rates after doing -dmgtesttarget tests with a nerfed smoldering paag then went to test the axes.
What should the proc rates be with elemental scrolls?
