When someone died and hp is not 0, which happens quite frequently, it is not able to res using scroll.

I suspect if this is caused by the new team notification update (the hp/mp/cc message).

Ty Mephi! Tested this one out with ressing in a party and seems to be working but might be a group thing too. Let us know how it works now @Yamm
Fixed: players who die while their HP still shows above 0 can now be resurrected with scrolls and spells.
