So, with a crescent moon rune, using +9 Thebes 1hs, I notice a lot of rune triggers announce without a proc actually triggering, Sometimes, it will be while a chaser is already active, but other times it is when an active chaser proc is not running, or after I have switched to a different mob due to the first mob dying.
I believe those are not producing procs because of the Thebes changes and the built in proc window?
Questions: is the no-repeat chaser window per mob? or is it character based? How many proc triggers am I potentially losing?
I was hoping the Crescent rune would be a great buff, but this kinda sucks when I can see the failed procs now. before it was out of sight, out of mind.
