Wand of Call Lightning is item 40007, internally named Ebony Wand, but currently it has:
- No monster drops
- No shop sellers
- No quest, event, champion, TOI Hard Mode, or crafting source
- No existing copies in player inventories or storagewe removed that months ago

Fixed: the Call Lightning wand is out of the game, and the server now rejects attacks faster than your weapon and morph allow.
