Dead with HP remaining and it wont trigger rune of rebirth
its lag, but death is correct, visual hp may not win the race versus death blow

Sorry about that @Lisala! Guessing the Rune of Rebirth does work when the HP bug doesn't appear? Also would suggest trying a VPN to see if that works. We've been seeing the HP bug with more of our international folks.
Working as intended: with high ping the HP bar can lag behind the killing blow, so you may see HP left when the server already counted the death. Lower latency (or a VPN route) helps.
