The self-buff proc and the 2% double damage effect on the Bow of Aden do not seem to be working. Very occasionally, I get a hit that deals around 30% additional damage, but that is definitely not double damage.
Also, this isn’t a bug, but I’d like to suggest making the firework effect toggleable, so we can turn it on only during special moments. Having to watch fireworks throughout the entire time I’m hunting is torture.
I tested the melee type Aden Sword and a staff, and although the self-buff (Elemental Fire) activates and the buff icon appears, its actual effect didn't applied.
Tested the Bow of Aden and I did see the double damage procs on a short hunt, but will send to development to double-check the code.
Good idea on the firework effect toggle, that can get annoying after awhile lol. Or maybe we just lessen the fireworks to every X number of swings? Like after 100 swings or something?
Finally, I think the buffs were removed from the weaps after event, so we may just need to confirm clean-up of those buffs (buff icons, etc). Moving to development.

The double damage is still not appearing for me. Occasionally, I see damage that is increased by around 20–30%.
Regarding the firework effect, I think it would be better if it could be switched on and off using a toggle, so players can choose when to use it.
I am also a little disappointed that the self-buff was removed without any official announcement. As shown in the screenshot I posted above, when I hover my mouse over the item in the Auction House, it still clearly states that the self-buff exists.
Considering that the weapon itself has been reduced to fairly ordinary performance, I believe that an item specifically named “2026 Aden” — especially since it is a limited item that cannot be obtained again — should have some unique feature, such as the self-buff, to give it meaningful collectible value. That was also one of the reasons I decided to purchase the bow.
I would really appreciate it if you could reconsider whether the self-buff should be removed and provide a final confirmation through an official announcement or patch notes.

Fixed: Bow of Aden's self-buff proc now properly grants Storm Shot. The other Aden weapons keep their damage proc; the event-only fire buff ended with the event.
