CB doesn't work on spear of intense winter attacks

I thought cb required 2h weap?

I worded it weird. I meant that when someone hits you with winter spear and you have CB active, CB does not work

So they hit you like you don't have CB at all. no dmg reflect and no dmg negation

is this in spearmaster morph?

Cb should work against 2-cell melee weapon

CB should work against mobs that do 2 cell dmg (skeleton Spearman) or player with 2 cell melee weapon

not in 3.63 somehow i believe
