It seems like she accepts totems from Orc drops on Mainland, but doesn't accept the ones received from the Polluted Orc Quests. Can't hand them in.
Mother Tree Warden won't accept Totems
I also don't think contaminated orc** are contributing to my rep. I've killed a ton and am not seeing it move. At lvl 70, anything 35+ should contribute, I think.

I teleported to Cheese to turn my totems in when this happened and mine all worked.
He dropped one of his totems to me and I couldn’t turn his in either. Says I have nothing she’s interested in. His are defective somehow. Something about polluted lands.
Gotcha, was able to replicate/confirm, moving to development.
Fixed: the Mother Tree Warden now accepts the Polluted Land totems (Neruga, Duda-Mara, Atuba), 2 rep each like mainland totems.
