so i have a +8, in theory its 3%. i do not think its over .5-1% with how rarely it goes off, i dont know if natural MR is blocking it, or if something is effecting the proc itself but its not right. i might land 1/150-200
impartial arberest
Reviewing this one.
Hmm.. don't really have a way to register the proc in testing for % so moving to development just to double-check all is well on the code end.
fair i can also give manual tests if you want
i have a feeling its being resisted by mr
and if thats the intent, so be it, but it makes it functionally useless for 1/200 arrows to proc for 3-4 second debuff
Did some further damage tests against some test characters with -dmgtest and looks like at about 200 - 300 hits I get about a 1% to 2% proc chance using the +8 bow versus a vanilla knight with vanilla MR at 30. Maybe there's a random chance in there? But yeah, feel free to post any other tests too in the meantime.
does -dmgtest work now?
It works for dmg testing, but are you asking if it would work with showing proc % chances?
yeah thats what i meant
@Mephi - Can we maybe add proc chance % for non-damage procs in one of the dmg/test commands?
i put auto attack on mad for 5 minutes, proc went once, he had 0 ac i didnt cound how many hits but it was a lot
Working as intended: at +8 the hold triggers on about 2% of hits and rises 1% per enchant above +8. Magic resistance does not block it.
Still needs buff. I made +9, and it still just so rarely procs its not usable in pvp
