When in blind hiding, if you detect and then try to follow up with something like an rtele scroll instantly, your character becomes stuck and unable to move or use any abilities/hotkeys.
Only way to fix is to .reload

Tested this with @fcfc and on a test DE char it was working fine un-polied and with 70 DK poly, but when he tried either it just froze his char with no ability to r-tele or scroll tele. Only thing we found that would break it is warp. Moving to development.
.reload breaks it, warp breaks it
can't rtele, use potions, or any other abilities. cursor turns into a hand icon.
Fixed for the next server restart: a teleport scroll used right after Detection breaks Blind Hiding no longer leaves the client stuck until .reload.
