several pledge member have tested and indicated that proc % is not working as it was before last update, not sure if they are related. If you could kindly look into.

i do have same issue i see way less than before
Tested both of these and looks like they are showing up in -stats with the additional proc % increase as well as triggering the message. Are you guys seeing the same on your end?
@Anct thank you for testing that, appreciate it. Yes we do see the message, but there are times it does not come up for a very long time. Before the last major update it was pretty steady, but now it is delayed. @Mad what do you notice?
