Auction House Account Lock?

While repeatedly buying single-piece equipment from the Auction House, I suddenly got a "Template not found." error, and now I can no longer open or view the Auction House.

Since the same issue happens across different web browsers and even from my smartphone, I’m worried that my account might have been flagged or locked due to the continuous rapid purchases.

If my account is indeed locked, could you please unlock it? Target account includes the character name "Overflo".
Also, if possible, it would be a huge help if we could specify the quantity when buying equipment items in bulk.

Hmm.. weird one. What happens exactly when you try to go into the Auction House now?

Update: It was unusable for tens of minutes after my post, but I can access it normally now.
However, when I tried buying items repeatedly again, the exact same issue reoccurred.

At first, it becomes accessible again after waiting just a few minutes. But if I keep buying items after waiting, the cooldown period gets progressively longer each time.
