Increase in proc chance slightly on Thundergod Sword

So the Joe's stone golem weapons are a little funky. The tool I have does allow me to adjust proc rates but it's showing 0/0 dmg for the proc which I know isn't true. Thinking Meph needs to do something to the tool before I try to edit.

This was reviewed internally and we've increased proc chances on weapons that included Thundergod Sword. This was patched 1/8, so will be available on next restart. Going to close this one for now.
