saying this here because i think its cool and not in a DM.
soul crystals as rare drops to spawn bosses, event or normal drop super rare. Would require a few things: 1) giran dm with npc to give keys for an 'instance dm' and an npc that can spawn inside of those instanced dm's. but genuinely that was on 1 ps from a while ago and it was amaizngly fun and rewarding to hunt places. it also gave opportunity for people who cant solo bosses to get boss drops.
example is toi floors give a soul crystal for the respective toi boss to spawn at a later 56f would give ml etc. skys the limit, but have it rare enough that we arent flooded with boss loot but rewarding enough that you can get bp together once a week and kill a bunch of bosses between everyone. prob .01 or similar to shelob daddy.
just an idea for improvement of something fun and rewarding.
