I am wondering if mage gain additional healing with INT post 25? I have noticed with really high INT my heals are not changing a whole lot. Would it be possible to look into the code? Maybe it's by design or maybe inadvertantly it was capped like elf NB

no real meaningful gain after 25 for mage heals too, in all server packs
but im not against raising it
Approx new scaling vs old capped heals:

25 baseline
30 +4%
35 +7%
40 +18%
45 +28%

A buff but nothing super noticeable
I dont have that high of INT now, sorry.
NB has seen a huge increase , other healing spells i notice a small boost but not much to write home about
