Fire Elves seem to get Brave speed instead of B2S motion delay cancel, but using a bow removes both.
Even though bow Fire Elves are rare, having at least one of these benefits available would be really nice.

Got it. My main weapon is a sword, but I recently started using a bow as well.

Done: Fire Elves with a bow can now use Blood to Soul while walking, same as the other elves.
