Looking at the ‘Daily Rewards’ image, I’ve noticed that the legendary rune reward is missing. As it’s such an important prize, it would be great if it could perhaps be obtained after completing all three cycles of the latest quarter’s daily rewards.

it isn't missing, it's just not on the reward table. if you complete 3 cycles of the latest quarter, you should have 3 epic runes, allowing you to gamble up to a legendary rune, just for logging in 🙂
Of course, all players have fscrolls, surely we can get 4 or 5 monthly... Well, perhaps playing 6 or 7 hours in FI, but, finally, you get several fscrolls...
Is there a fear that people will get legendary runes? Especially new players who are just starting out now

I feel the legendary should not be in. It'll just keep devaluing runes. The value of runes has gone down quite a bit
You have trimestral rewards now:
Every 3 months you have a free fruit of victory.
....Even you have a 4 year reward: Every 50 months you have enough blessed adena to buy a legendary rune....
Seriously, about the blessed adena reward maybe should be increased, I think just 30 b adena feels like a joke when b arena good items have a cost of 1500-2500 badena.
Maybe a good solution could be increase b adena to 150 a month, and then after a full year of playing people can have a nice reward.
