the db shows its removed but its not somehow, dunno
If issue persists, easiest way to fix is to create a custom Vamp cloak with the same stats. Would remove the poly add-on.

Still a bug, logged for a fix: the Vampire Cloak still turns you into a vampire when worn.

Fixed now: the Vampire Cloak no longer turns you into a vampire. Anyone who was in vampire form was changed back.
