Command to show emblem all the time (similar to war mode between pledges)

Just simply a code to show emblem
I’m not a coder lol so I don’t know what’s possible
calling the emblem packet automatically uses the war packet
so far i havent found a way

Partly done: -emblem on shows all pledge emblems and the repeated war-declare spam was cut down. The war messages can't be fully removed in war mode; -emblem status on is a test mode that skips them if you want to try it.
