Increase Helm of Magic: Healing availability to additional classes
@Johnny Rotten - What exactly are you requesting in that 2nd part about giving HOMH -buff core buffs?
str dex haste etc, the basic ones
basically so we dont have to toggle 3 different fkin homs
it aint 1999
fuse em, make em almost all classes
add a signature spell or something so its cool
you can call it helmet of steriods
