Can we also add an option, or a way to gamble so many of one quality for a tier higher, or a reroll of a few from that tier? I have a few (on classic) that I don't think anyone will ever use.

Done: the Rune Gambler trades runes up a tier (Uncommon to Rare, Rare to Epic, Epic to Legendary) and can re-gamble Legendaries. See the Runes guide.
