I managed to land myself a Rune of Proc Change, and it only affects wind axe's graphic. Would be nice if it simply changed the colour of existing proc's to a different colour or something. Definitely doesn't feel like a Rare rune. Tried it on, PH, Maph, Eva, ThunderGod, Orcish Bume, and Windaxe... only windaxe had a different visual. Seems like an uncommon quality at most.
Is the Rune of the Slayer working?

this first time i managed to die then great reborn(res)rune res me. after res i can't do anything. can't move can't venz can't spell. only i can do is just waiting die again.
Partly done: Rune of the Slayer works (+2 damage per hit on PvE, so swing tests vary a lot), Proc Change now covers Sword of Kurtz too, and the stuck-after-Rebirth problem was fixed. A stronger Proc Change is not decided.
