Proposed Change:
Enable monsters to spawn while players are on screen as a permanent feature, rather than limiting it to EXP Map hours.
Reasoning:
This behavior existed on the live server and would naturally increase the difficulty and activity level of all hunting zones without requiring direct spawn-rate adjustments. It would also prevent crowded hunting areas from suppressing monster spawns, ensuring maps maintain their intended population of monsters regardless of player density.
The result would be more consistent monster availability, a more challenging PvE environment, and a reduction in the unintended "safe zone" effect created by the current spawning restrictions.
Current Behavior:
Monsters currently cannot spawn within a player's visible screen area and will instead spawn off-screen or wait until the spawn location is no longer visible. This means players unintentionally reduce effective spawn rates simply by occupying an area, and can create small pockets of relative safety in zones intended to be dangerous.
