Can we make it so that it would be possible to add random item procs to items that do not have procs. Or be able to change weapon procs to a different random one. Example: adding a proc to a Oriharukon dagger. It would help diversify weapon choices and allow for players to use different weapons.
Maybe through a scroll like the forbidden scroll or have an NPC that does this service for example 50M adena. Would solve adena build up on the server.

Not decided yet: there is no way to add or change weapon procs. On the list for Mephi.
