Unable to use Guardian chat (~) for classic pledge

🇩 - Tried to re-create this one on a classic prince and it looks like it did not work until some of the royal quests were completed. Might need to check if Guardian chat ~ is tied to completing the royal quests. Moving to development to check further.

should automatically work, weird

oh he said it worked on 10 may

so all good

✅ - Sounds good! Marking fixed/closed.
