The Royal Skill Divine Sacrifice is not rooting on every use of it. Just the first one, and I can also spam it if I have the mana. I was under the impression it was only able to be used once with an 8 minute cooldown.

I can check the royal again, but it was not rooting each time it casted. In fact, it only rooted the first instance within a certain time frame and the rest could just be spammed without issue.
Just got on the royal for a quick sec and used it. Both times, no root happened.
Tested this one with @Zerick and it looks like it is not rooting on polys, without poly it does work fine. Also I missed the re-use, definitely has no cooldown. Moving to development.
