Monster loot table was generated on aggro, in 3.63.
That meant that when mob was hit or when it "saw" someone (monster.java or NPC.java onPerception) or whatever it was, cant recall.
Implication, all non segregated mobs, could potentially carry over Standard chance to Classic chance. So, segregation {c] vs {standard} is required to maintain loot table segregated.
I think.
There was also a nasty bug when someone died to the mob, deleting partially loot drop due a null pointer on the hatred list and loot list.
That happened often on the 1hit mobs like Valakas or Grim when someone died in the fight.
I dont know the state of your code, just let you know some stuff.
